Sex Therapy – 1 Hour

Sex Therapy is more than kink. It’s the exploration of one’s sexuality (LGBTQIA) & of one’s varied bedroom interests (sex toys). It’s the adventure of becoming more in tune with your body & what brings you pleasure (Masturbation) & it is an understanding of the changes that arise as we evolve over the years (Changes to one’s libido, adjustments after being diagnosed with an illness). KinTSou Therapy provides a safe, confidential, non-jugdmental space for you learn, explore, question, discuss & implement new ways of connecting with yourself & others.


Couples Therapy – 1 Hour

Relationships are the joining of two or more people, & while there is much that can be accomplished with a strong foundation, there are times when we struggle to connect with the people we like or love. Relationships required work, compromise, patience, & understanding which aren’t always easy to accomplish. At KinTSou Therapy, we offer a safe, confidential, unbiased space to discuss & explore the fluidity inherent in relationships. Lack of communication, infidelity, & intimacy issues don’t indicate the inevitable end of a relationship, but instead provide a place to heal & grow.


Individual Therapy – 1 Hour

We all need a safe, confidential, non-judgmental space to explore the parts of ourselves that have been buried, hidden, or suppressed. We all deserve a space to unpack our past trauma, and to begin to mend the wounds that have been inflicted by life. At KintSou Therapy, with a blend of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) skills, and a Somatic Approach we see the healing journey as a holistic one, bringing both body & mind into balance.
