What is House of Her?
There are parts of you that have been waiting.
Not lost. Not broken. Just set aside, tucked away to make room for everything and everyone else. House of Her is an invitation to go back for them.
House of Her is a 9-month embodied journey through nine archetypal rooms of a woman's inner world. Each room is a return to a part of yourself you left behind, outgrew, or were never given permission to inhabit.
This is not therapy. It is not a workshop. It is a living, breathing container that moves at the rhythm of your unfolding. One room per month. Three to four hours of guided embodied experience: movement, breath, somatic awareness, creativity, and reflection, held in a small, intimate group of women.
By the end, you will not be who you were when you arrived. You will be more fully yourself.
The Journey
The Nine Rooms of Womanhood
Hover each door to open it
Triad One: Opening the Inner World
The Maiden
Step across the threshold and meet the part of you that is willing, the one who says yes to growth before she knows what it will cost.
The Muse
Reclaim the impulse to make, to speak, to move without asking permission first. Creativity here is not performance; it is permission.
The Keeper
Come to rest in your own interior. The Keeper practices staying, not because it is easy, but because belonging to yourself is the foundation of everything.
Triad Two: Awakening and Holding Aliveness
The Lover
Feeling is not falling apart. This room invites you back into pleasure, longing, and tenderness, experienced through the body, not just the mind.
The Guardian
Learn to recognize and trust your own instincts. The Guardian knows when to protect, when to open, and when her no is an act of love toward herself.
The Queen
Power that does not dominate. The Queen room is about arriving fully into your own authority, without apology, performance, or permission from anyone else.
Triad Three: Wisdom, Meaning & Lived Coherence
The Priestess
Your inner knowing has been speaking. The Priestess room creates the conditions to finally hear it, and to trust what rises without having to explain it first.
The Alchemist
Nothing is wasted in this room. The Alchemist weaves what has broken back into wholeness, kintsugi for the self, transforming old patterns into embodied choice.
The Embodied
This room is not a destination. She Who Is Already Here understands that the work has always been about returning, to this body, this moment, this self.
Who is House of Her for?
She Has Lived Enough Life to Know
She is in her 30s, 40s, 50s, or 60s. She has lived enough life to know that something has been set aside, parts of herself that got buried under survival, responsibility, or simply the weight of becoming who everyone else needed her to be.
She is curious. Not broken, not in crisis, just ready. Ready to look honestly at what shaped her, to reconnect with what she left behind, and to discover who she gets to be on the other side.
If you have ever felt like a stranger in your own body, like parts of yourself have been locked away or quietly forgotten, you are exactly who this journey is for.
The Details
One Room. One Month. One Layer Deeper.
House of Her is a 9-month journey held once a month for 3 to 4 hours. Each session is a guided embodied experience: movement, breath, somatic awareness, creativity, and reflection, held in a small, intimate group of women.
The container is intentional, and the commitment is real. This is not a drop-in experience. It is a journey with a beginning, a middle, and a profound end, a rebirth into a more complete version of yourself.
House of Her is available both in person and virtually, so wherever you are, the journey is accessible to you.
An immersive retreat version of House of Her is currently in development. Join the waitlist to be the first to know.
