Pour Into Yourself
These practices are yours to carry. Hover to pour one in.
The Body Remembers
Your body speaks before your words do. These somatic practices teach you to listen, not to fix, but to honor what the body is already saying about safety, grief, and aliveness.
Write the Gold In
Put the unspeakable on paper. Guided prompts to surface patterns, name feelings, and find the thread of meaning running through your story, at your own pace, in your own words.
Hold the Line
Boundaries are not walls; they are the shape of your yes and no. These tools help you find that shape and hold it with clarity, without apology and without collapse.
Come Back to Steady
Overwhelm is not weakness. It is a nervous system doing what it was designed to do. Learn the signals, practice the return, and build the resilience to stay present longer.
Questions at the Table
What You May Be Wondering
Are these tools a replacement for therapy?
No β they're companions to it. The books, exercises, and practices here support you between sessions or offer a gentle way in; they aren't a substitute for working with a therapist. If something surfaces that feels big, that's a good reason to reach out.
I'm new to this kind of practice. Where do I start?
Anywhere that feels inviting. Try one of the Pour Into Yourself practices β they're short, ask no experience, and need only a few honest minutes. There's no right order and no wrong way to begin.
How do I use the Pour Into Yourself practices?
Hover or tap a card to reveal it, then take what's useful. Each one is a small, portable practice you can carry with you β for a hard moment, or simply to check in with your body.
