What We Offer

Your Chosen Path

Threads of the Work

The Body’s Knowing

Your nervous system holds memory your mind hasn’t yet touched. Learning to listen for those signals, not to analyze them away, but to honor them as part of your survival and the path forward.

Sexuality as Sacred Ground

Desire, pleasure, and intimacy live at the center of healing, not on its edges. Reclaiming your relationship with your body, your pleasure, and your truth, without shame or haste.

Becoming More Fully Yourself

Healing isn’t about fixing what’s broken. Weaving the fragments back together, stronger at the cracks, until you recognize yourself more fully in your relationships, your choices, and your life.

“KinTSou Therapy emerged from a personal path of healing, where understanding alone was not enough. True change requires listening to the body, honoring every part of you that found a way to survive, and trusting that as those parts heal, new ones emerge to lead you forward.”

Questions

What You May Be Wondering

What is sex therapy and who can benefit?

More people than you'd think. Sex therapy is for anyone navigating challenges around desire, arousal, intimacy, or sexual identity; whether you're in a relationship or not, whether the wound is recent or long-carried. Your sexuality is part of who you are, and it deserves the same care as everything else. There's no shame here.

How does couples therapy work here?

We start with honesty, about what's hurting, what's needed, and what each person is carrying. From there we work on the patterns that keep showing up, the communication that breaks down, the trust that needs rebuilding. Both of you matter here equally.

What is somatic therapy and why does it matter?

Most of us have been taught to work things out in our heads. But the body keeps its own record; stress, trauma, and pain live in the nervous system long after the mind has moved on. Somatic therapy helps you release what's been stored there; noticing where you hold tension, learning to feel safe in your own body again, or simply slowing down enough to hear what your body has been trying to tell you.

Are sessions confidential?

Completely. What you share stays between us. I follow strict professional and ethical standards around privacy, and if you're ever unsure about anything, just ask.

I've tried therapy before and it didn't help, why would this be different?

I hear this a lot, and I'm glad you're still here. Sometimes the timing isn't right, sometimes we need a different door in. What I can tell you is that we move at your pace, we work with your whole self, body included, and if something isn't feeling right, we talk about it. You're not locked into anything here.

Is it okay if I don't know what I need yet?

Completely. Most people don't. You don't need to arrive with a clear goal or the right language for what you're feeling. Just show up, we'll find our way in together.

Who do you work with?

I work with individuals and couples from all walks of life; including LGBTQ+ clients, people of colour, and anyone who has felt unseen or unheard in other spaces. If you've ever wondered whether therapy is really for someone like you, I want you to know, it is. You are welcome here exactly as you are.

Do you offer online sessions?

Yes. I work with clients both in person and virtually, across different countries and time zones. Wherever you are, if you're ready to begin, we can find a way to make it work.
