Last updated: 1 August 2026

Welcome to KinTSou Therapy. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website located at kintsoutherapy.com (the "Site") and any services, resources, sessions, programs, and materials we offer (together, the "Services"). By using the Site or the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

In these Terms, "we," "us," and "our" refer to KinTSou Therapy. "You" refers to the person accessing the Site or the Services.

1. Who We Are
KinTSou Therapy provides therapy and somatic, relational, and educational offerings, including individual sessions, couples work, group programs (such as House of Her), movement offerings, and self-guided resources. We are based in Saint Lucia.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Site, book Services, or access our resources. By using the Services you confirm that you are 18 or older and legally able to enter into these Terms.

3. Bookings, Sessions, and Payment
Sessions and programs are scheduled through our booking provider (Calendly) and any linked payment or scheduling tools. When you book, you agree to provide accurate information and to attend at the scheduled time. Fees, session lengths, and program details are described at the point of booking. Cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

4. Nature of Our Services; No Emergency Care
Our Services support your growth and well-being but are not a crisis or emergency service. We do not provide urgent or emergency care. If you are in crisis or believe you may be at risk of harming yourself or others, contact your local emergency services or a crisis line immediately.

5. Your Responsibilities
You agree to use the Site and Services lawfully and respectfully. You will not:
- use the Services in any way that is unlawful, harmful, or harassing;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its systems, or other users' data;
- copy, reproduce, resell, or distribute our materials without our written permission;
- misrepresent your identity or provide false information.

6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including text, images, graphics, logos, videos, practices, worksheets, and downloadable or embedded materials — is owned by or licensed to KinTSou Therapy and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may access and use this content for your own personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from it without our prior written consent.

7. Third-Party Services and Links
The Site relies on and may link to third-party services (for example, Shopify for hosting, Calendly for booking, Vimeo for video, and Google services). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third parties. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

8. Confidentiality
We take your privacy seriously. Information you share in the course of a professional session is handled in accordance with applicable professional and legal standards and our Privacy Policy. Please note that content you submit through general Site features (such as a contact form) is not a confidential clinical communication.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Site and Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, KinTSou Therapy will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site or the Services.

10. Indemnification

11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page, with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law
